Chilli Pork with Ginger
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1½ tsp McCORMICK Ground Ginger
½ tsp McCORMICK Chilli Flakes
½ tsp McCORMICK Chilli Powder
½ tsp McCORMICK Garlic Granules
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
350g pork fillet, sliced
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 cup Chinese broccoli, sliced
1 bunch bok choy, roughly chopped
Method:
Mix together oil, ginger, chillis, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sliced pork fillet. Let marinate for an hour.
Heat a large pan or wok and stir-fry pork for 4-5 minutes. Add in sweet chilli sauce, Chinese broccoli and bok choy and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes until just wilted.
Serve with jasmine rice.
